YCO SPORTS PROGRAM

Palmyra Gate Magnet

Our after-school multi-sport program is designed to provide students with a diverse and engaging experience in multiple team sports, including soccer, basketball, flag football, track & field, baseball, field hockey, and other competitive sports. Our program focuses on building foundational skills in each sport, promoting teamwork, and fostering dedication across different athletic disciplines.

DAILY SCHEDULE

2:30-2:40p: Welcome and attendance
2:40-2:50p: Warm-up and stretching
2:50-3:00p: Team building activities
3:00-3:30p: Skill development and drills
3:30-3:40p: Break and snack time
3:40-4:00p: Skill challenges or mini-competitions
4:00-4:20p: Scrimmages and games
4:20-4:30p: Wrap-up and cool-down
